Information about the classes and what to expect:
All of our classes are beginner friendly. We teach Yoga in a way that doesn’t require a pre-existing set of skills, background, ability, or knowledge. All are welcome.
If you have questions about a class or would like help deciding which is right for you, we are happy to help: simply send us a message.
A note on ‘levels’: Yoga has become synonymous with the physical aspects of the practice. While we aim to touch upon all parts of the spiritual lifestyle of Yoga, there are some students who may wish to know the specific physical intensity of a particular class. In short, all Breathe Ojai classes are accessible, suitable, adaptable for beginners. The classes with a Level II/III designation indicate that they may be more physically challenging. If you would like to see something that isn’t offered here, please let us know. We exist to serve you and thank you for being a part of Breathe Ojai!
